UK Standard delivery (2–4 days) – FREE

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you did not receive this information, let us know at info@sensescandles.co.uk and we will update you on the status of your order.

Local pick up option is also available  – ready in 24 hours -  FREE.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your candles when they arrive, we are on hand to resolve any issues and can be contacted at info@sensescandles.co.uk.

We take every care to package our candles so that they reach you in the condition that they leave our workshop but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery so if this does happen, please contact us at info@sensescandles.co.uk so we can process your replacement/refund. 

If you have made a mistake with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange your candle within 14 days of purchase but will be responsible for return postage costs.

Please note that we are unable to replace, exchange or offer refunds for candles that have been used.
